Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on November 16, 2006.
The area was settled in the late 18th century by Cossacks, who received a grant of land in the area. The grant is shown in the arms, together with the military symbols of the Cossacks. The purple is also the colour of the Cossacks. The green colour refers to nature and agriculture.
