В рассечённом золотом и червлёном поле четырёхугольная фортеция (крепость бастионного начертания в плане) переменных цветов, внутри которой поверх сечения в столб - ключ переменных цветов, ушком вверх, сопровождаемый по сторонам двумя шарами (в золоте - червлёным, в червлени - золотым), от каждого из которых исходят по четыре прямых луча; всё сопровождено в углах четырьмя такими же шарами.
