Redesignated as: 756 Military Airlift Squadron on 1 Oct 1966; 756 Tactical Airlift Squadron on 29 Jun 1971; 756 Military Airlift Squadron on 1 Jul 1986; 756 Airlift Squadron on 1 Feb 1992; 756 Air Refueling Squadron on 1 Oct 2003.
