Escudo burelado ondado de onze peças de prata e verde, sendo a do meio azul; brocantes, três setas apontadas de negro, uma em pala e duas passadas em aspa, atadas de ouro e, em chefe, cruz da Ordem de Cristo. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VILA DE S. SEBASTIÃO “.
