Escudo de prata, armação de moinho de negro, cordoada do mesmo e vestida de vermelho, ramo de oliveira de verde, frutado de negro e ramo de videira de verde, com dois cachos de uvas de púrpura, tudo alinhado em roquete; em campanha, pano de muralha de vermelho, lavrado de prata, movente da ponta. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ VILA NOVA DE S. PEDRO “.
