Escudo de ouro, faixa ondeada prata e azul de três tiras veiradas em onda, acompanhada em chefe de um livro de prata, realçado de vermelho, carregado de uma faca com lâmina de vermelho e punho de negro, posta em faixa; em contra-chefe, um sobreiro arrancado, de verde. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro: “ VEIROS - ESTARREJA “.
