Escudo de ouro, Agnus Dei de prata sustendo haste crucífera de negro, com lábaro de prata carregado de uma cruz firmada de vermelho, tudo sobre um sol de vermelho; em chefe, dois cachos de cerejas de vermelho, folhadas de verde; contra-chefe ondado de azul e prata de quatro peças. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro: “ TÁVORA - TABUAÇO “.
