Until 1913 the municipality used a seal with the letters SR. In 1913 the State Archives proposed new arms for the municipality, with the silver lily. The lily is the symbol of the patron saint of the village, St. Anthony. The colours are the colours of the diocese of [[Strasbourg|Strassburg]].
