Ve zlatém štítě pod černou hlavou se třemi svěšenými stříbrnými lipovými listy černý medvěd ve skoku s červenou zbrojí, provázený nahoře dvěma dvojicemi černých zkřížených ostrví.

Origin/meaning

The arms were registered on February 27, 2004.

The arms show a bear flanked by brancehs and in the head three linden leaves. The latter are a symbol for the dictrict (Lipa = linden). I have no information on the meaning of the other elements.
