PUSCHENDORF
State : Bayern
Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on November 30, 1977. The eagle in the arms is derived from the arms of the city of Nürnberg, which owned the village from 1527-1813. The oak branch symbolises the large oak tree, which is supposedly over 1000 years old, in the village. The base shows a wall, which symbolises the small medieval hunting castle that was built in the village. After a crime the castle was destroyed and a church was built instead, the St. Wolfgang church. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
