(1956) D'azur au chevron d'or, accompagné en chef de deux étoiles à six rais du même et en pointe d'une épde d'argent, garnie d'or, la pointe en bas. L'écu surmonté d'une couronne à cinq fleurons, séparés l'un de l'autre par une perle posée sur le cercle, et supporté par deux lions d'or, armés et lampassés de gueules. Le tout posé sur un socle d'or.
(1991) D'argent à une croix dont le montant est de gueules et la traverse d'azur.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 28, 1956 and again without external ornaments on December 18, 1991.

The arms are those of the last Lords of Profondeville, the Harscamp family. The 1956 arms show also the supporters, crest and banners, which were not considered appropriate for the new municipality after 1977.
