In mit vierzehn silbernen Sternen bestreutem blauen Schild, aus mit einer blauen Wellenleiste belegtem goldenen Schildfuß wachsend eine goldene Eiche mit silbernen Eicheln und goldenen Kapseln. Auf der Eiche mittig ein halb rechts gewendeter hersehender silberner Kauz, auf der Brust einen silbernen Schild, darin zwei schwarze Rauten balkenweise.
