De sinople à la bordure crénelée d'or, à la fasce ondée d'argent brochant sur le tout; au chef de gueules chargé de trois fleurs à cinq pétales d'or.
Origin/meaning
The arms were adopted on December 6, 1960.
The arms symbolise the old city walls and the Bèze river. The chief shows the arms of the De Vergy family, lords of the village in the 13th cnetury.
