Official blazon
- (de) In Silber auf einem grünen Berg, dieser belegt mit einem silbernen Wellenbalken, darin rote Steine schwebend, eine rote Burg, bestehend aus einer roten gezinnten Mauer mit schwarzer Toröffnung und zwei schwarzen Fenstern beseitet von zwei gezinnten Türmen mit Spitzdach und je zwei schwarzen Fensteröffnungen, darüber schwebend ein schwarzes Gezähe.
Origin/meaning
The arms were officially granted on July 1, 1994.
The castle refers to the local Krayenburg castle. The miner's tools to the potassium mining in historical times. The base shows a wavy bar with pebbles (Kiesel), which is a canting element for Kieselbach.
