Mörlunda kommunvapen

Official blason

I blått fält en av granskuror bildad bjälke av guld, belagd med en blå fisk (asp) med röda fenor.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on March 1, 1957.

The fish is taken from the seal of the former Aspeland hundred, in which the municipality was situated. The pine trees refer to the large forests and importance of forestry for the municipality.
