Official blazon

På sølv grunn blå skjoldfot med spiss oppover.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on January 23, 1987.

The arms are based on the shape of the local church. The church has a typical shape and is situated on a small hill, which makes it visible from a large distance and thus a good symbol for the village.
