Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on September 17, 1999.

The fleur-de-lis is the symbol of the local patron saint, Our Lady of Purification. The tree symbolises the huge pine tree in the village, which was used during the Napoleonic Wars as a high point to observe the surrouding. The two plough irons indicate the (former) importance of agricultur ein the municipality.
