Kultakentässä palkki, jonka kummallakin puolella saatteena palkeittain lentävä pääskynen, kaikki siniset.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on April 26, 1965.

The arms show two swallows as a symbol for the fact that the village is a centre of aviation and flying. The blue bend is the Jämi river.
