Origin/meaningThe arms were officially granted on July 30, 1938. The arms show a lion, which is derived from seals of the medieval Von Blankena family, which owned the este at the end of the 13th century. The colours and the red chevrons are derived from the arms of the Ravensberg County, to which the area historically belonged. Contact and SupportPartners: Your logo here ?
