In Silber ein blauer Einberg, darauf innerhalb einer mittig offenen Umfassungsmauer ein dreibogiger blauer Rundturm mit umlaufender Dachbalustrade und zentralem flachkegelbedachtem Aufsatz mit pfeilförmiger silber-schwarzer Windfahne.

Origin/meaning

The arms were adopted in 1929 and show the small chapel on the Hutberg.

Previously the town used arms designed in the 18^th century when the village was founded by Waldenser refugees (also known as Herrnhütter). The old seal of the Waldenser movement showed the anvil and hammer.
