Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco com a legenda, em maiúsculas : “ FREGUESIA DE GONDIM “.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on June 17, 1993.

The corn cobs refer to the agricultural character of the parish. The Cross of Malta refers to the Order of Malta, who played a role in the local development. The orb in the base refers to the Saviour, to which the local parish church is devoted. The wavy bar symbolises the Almorode river.
