Im silbernen Feld ein roter gemauerter Turm mit zwei schwarzen Fenstern und einer schwarzen Tür sowie einem blauen Zwiebelturm.

Origin/meaning

The arms were devised in 1993.

The tower is derived from the old seals of the city, which are known since the early 16^th century. The tower itself probably symbolises the 12^th century church tower.
