Durch einen im Verhältnis 3 : 1 geteilten, oben blauen, unten silbernen Wellenbalken von Silber und Grün geteilt. Oben drei aufrechte, gestielte grüne Eichenblätter nebeneinander, unten ein mit der Schneide nach unten weisendes geschäftetes silbernes Flintbeil.
