Escudo de verde, um pórtico de igreja, de prata, aberto e lavrado de negro, entre duas espigas de milho de ouro, folhadas do mesmo; em chefe, cruz da Ordem dos Templários de vermelho, contornada de prata; contra-chefe ondeado de prata e azul, de cinco tiras. Coroa mural de prata de quatro torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro em maiúsculas : “ FERREIRA – PAÇOS DE FERREIRA “.
