In Silber eine eingeschweifte blaue Spitze, darin über gesenktem silbernem Wellenbalken eine silberne Schalenwaage, die mit fünf roten Edelsteinen besetzt ist; rechts oben ein links gewendeter, rot bekrönter schwarzer Mohrenkopf mit rotem Ohrring und rotem Kragen, links oben ein rotes Beil.
