BUKOVINA U ČISTÉ

Province: Liberecký Kraj
District (Okres) : Semily

Arms (crest) of Bukovina u Čisté
Official blazon
Czech V modro-stříbrně děleném štítě nahoře vyrůstající zlatý lev s červenou zbrojí, dole vztyčená zelená buková větev se třemi listy a dvěma červenými bukvicemi mezi nimi.
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were registered on June 18, 2003.

The upper half of the arms is derived from the coat of arms of the Lords of Wallenstein, who previously owned the village. The lower half shows a canting beech branch with two beechnuts (beech is "buk" in Czech).
