Official blazon

In Blau über gesenktem silbernen Wellenbalken ein rotbewehrter silberner Storch mit zwei Köpfen.

Origin/meaning

The arms of Bessenbach were granted on November 28, 1977.

The arms are based on the arms of the medieval Lords of Bessenbach, who already used a double-headed stork in their arms. The wavy bar in the lower half of the shield is a canting element (Bach=stream, river).
