Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted in September 2011.
The wavy band and the fish symbolize the Aroffe river which gave its name to the village. The Cross of Calvary and the mill wheel symbolise the church and mill in the village. The oak leaves refer to the forests surrounding Aroffe.
