Durch einen silbernen Wellenbalken von Rot und Blau geteilt. Oben sieben fächerförmig gestellte silberne Eichenblätter, unten zwei schräggekreuzte silberne Giebelblätter mit nach außen blickenden Pferdeköpfen.
