Origin/meaning :
The arms were granted in 1907.

The oldest seal of the village dates from the first half of the 19^th century and shows a combination of the arms of Baden and a fish. The meaning of the fish is not known, it can refer to the fishing in the local river. Later 19^th century seals only showed the fish. In 1907 the fish was placed in a canting river (Bach).
