Armoiries de Leval-Trahegnies

Official blazon

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on February 25, 1924.

The arms are derived from the arms of the Prévôt de Leval family, Lords of Leval from the 15th until the 18th century. The family thus played a major role in the local history and thus the local counci lapplied for the use of the family arms as municipal arms.
