State : Brandenburg
District (Kreis) : Havelland
Incorporated into : 2003 Schönwalde-Glien

Wappen von Wansdorf/Arms (crest) of Wansdorf
Official blazon
German blazon wanted
English blazon wanted

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted in 2002.

The arms are based on the arms of the Von Redern family 1310a.wsa.jpg, who had an estate in the village from 1450-1887. As an addition to the family arms two chestnut branches were added, typical trees for the village.
