History: In use since December 1938 but not made a Station until April 1, 1974.
Official blazon
In front of two arrows gules in saltire points upwards a roundel per pale argent and sable charged with a cresset counter charged and enflamed gules.
Motto: Vigilamus et defendimus = we watch and we ward.
Origin/meaning
The cresset is a warning device and symbolises a Radar Station. It also is alink to the former Parent Station Patrington. The Arrows symbolises active defence. The badge was granted in April 1978.
