De gueules à la croix cléchée, vidée et pommetée de douze pièces d'or, accompagnée de deux roues de moulin de sable mouvant d'une champagne ondée d'argent.

Origin/meaning

The cross is the emblem of the Counts of Toulouse. It refers to the fact that Joan of Toulouse, sister of St. Louis, founded the Abbey of Jarcy in 1269. Both wheels symbolize the two former mills in the municipality.
