(de) Unter Schildhaupt mit den bayerischen Rauten gespalten von Silber und Rot; vorne ein grünes Eichenblatt, hinten ein goldenes Ulrichskreuz.

Origin/meaning

The arms were granted on December 10, 1975.

The arms combine symbols from the old arms ofthe two districts; the oak leaf from the arms of Aichach, the cross from the arms of Friedberg. The chief of Bayern was part of both old arms.
