(de) Über blauem Schildfuß, darin ein unterhalbes silbernes Mühlrad, gespalten; vorne in Gold ein rot bewehrter halber schwarzer Adler am Spalt, hinten fünfmal schräg geteilt von Rot und Silber.
Origin/meaning
The arms were granted on October 1, 1974.
