Escudo de vermelho, um castelo de ouro aberto e iluminado de verde, cortado por três faixas ondadas, duas de prata e uma de azul. A torre central, rematada por um braço armado de prata empunhando uma maça de armas de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " TORRES NOVAS ".
