Escudo de ouro com uma torre torreada de vermelho; aberta e iluminada de negro, acompanhada de dois carrascos de verde arrancados do mesmo. Em chefe uma estrela azul. Coroa mural de prata de cinco torres. Listel branco com a legenda a negro : " CIDADE DE SEIA ".
