Escudo de prata, um monte de negro, carregado de um círculo de prata, sobrecarregado de uma perdiz de sua cor; em chefe, dois frades ( marcos de pedra ) de verde, realçadas de ouro. Coroa mural de prata de três torres. Listel branco, com a legenda a negro, em maiúsculas : “ FRADES – PÓVOA DE LANHOSO “.
