Official blazon

Durch eine eingeschweifte blaue Spitze, darin über einem gestürzten silbernen Halbmond zwei abgekehrte silberne Halbmonde, gespalten von Silber und Gold; vorne übereinander drei rote heraldische Rosen, hinten ein gesenkter roter Wellenbalken, überdeckt von einem wachsenden schwarzen Abtstab.
