Origin/meaning
On celestial field, fullness of life, the cross of the new evangelization, delivered in Santo Domingo where the 4th General Conference of the Latin American Episcopate was held in 1992. The star refers to Christ's morning star, and the letter "M" of Mary is taken from the arms of Pope John Paul II.
