Hopeakentässä alainen, musta, yläpuoleltaan oksakoroinen polviorsi; kustakin sakarasta nousee punainen tulenlieska.

Origin/meaning

The arms were officially granted on May 28, 1952.

The arms show a number of beacons, which is referring to the Toho- part of the name, which can be derived from totto, a beacon.
