This book was published in 1957 as the first in a series of 3(?) albums dealing with the Dutch military. I have no idea how and where the different images could be collected.
This book was published in 1957 as a fundraiser for the Dutch Protestant Veterans Homes. The book was subsidised by the Royal Nave and could be bought for 3 guilders. To collect the 123 ship emblems one could buy small packages with the emblems from the organisation for 1,20 guilders, or for 10 cts a piece from a representative of the organisation. The whole book in the end would be 15,90 guilders. Both the book and the packages could be ordered from the organisation, but maybe also at other places.

The album describes first a history of the Dutch navy and then lists the different ships by class and finally includes the arms of other institutions of the Dutch navy. It is extensively illustrated with images of the ships and has quite some background information.
