In Grün zwischen zwei liegenden goldenen Eichenblättern, einem linksgewendeten oben und einem rechtsgewendeten unten, ein liegender, vorn konkav, hinten konvex gebogener und in der Mitte ausgebrochener silberner Wellenbalken.

The arms were officially granted on January 12, 1993.
