Dutch Halfgedeeld doorsneden, 1. in sabel een leeuw van goud, geklauwd en getongd van keel, voor Brabant; 2. in goud drie palen van keel, voor Berthout; 3. in sinopel drie malies van zilver, voor Boutersem. Het schild geplaatst voor een processiekruis. Groene prelatenhoed met aan weerszijden van het schild tien kwasten. Wapenspreuk: DESCENDE UT ASCENDAS
