Description: A gold color metal and enamel device 1 1/8 inches (2.86 cm) in height overall, consisting of a shield divided diagonally from upper left to lower right, white (left), old gold (right), bearing a blue disc with nine gold rays radiating to chief and surmounted by a gold phoenix issuant from gold flames. Attached below the shield, a gold color scroll inscribed “RESURGENS” in gold letters.
