De gueules au cheval cabré d’argent hennissant le VAH d’or, au chef cousu d'azur chargé au quartier dextre des armoiries de Jeanne d’Arc d'or et au quartier senestre d'une étoile d'argent à cinq rais accostées de deux roses boulonnées d'or, tigées et feuillées de sinople. La couronne comtale, qui surmonte l'écu, est celle de comte romain, dignité concédée récemment à Mgr Foucaull, par Sa Sainteté Pie X.
