Origin/meaning

The arms were officially adopted on July 21, 2021.

The point and bat refer to the local caves, formerly inhabtited and now a Natura 2000 protected area. The green refers to the agricultural character of the municipality. The wavy bar symbolises the Couuze Pavin river.

The key symbolises that the village was fortified in medieval times. The grapes indicate the former importance of viticulture.
