Origin/meaning
The municipality of Rieben never had its own arms. In 2018 the village adopted new village arms.
The arms symbolise the Rieben Lake, which is a nature reserve. The fish also refers to the Slavic word for fish (ryba) and thus to the old Slavic roots of the village.
