Origin/meaning
The arms were officially adopted on October 27, 2022.
The arms are based on the arms of the family of Malrisel, former lords of the village. In the village arms the two fields are reversed and the chequy part was increased to 6 columns instead of 3. This refers now to the Vermandois region in which the area is situated. In addition, the old church of Saint-Clément had been donated to the abbey of Saint-Éloi de Noyon by Bishop Simon de Vermandois in 1147.
The 1914-1918 war cross was awarded on February 15, 1921 to the municipality.
